This vintage/antique advertising tin, Colgate Barber Shave Powder Tin was made by Colgate Palmolive Peet Co., Jersey City, NJ, and is Circa 1915. This tin is very unique and a rare find for any advertising tin collector.
Still full, it appears to be unopened, holding 2 pounds originally, and is complete with original pouring spout on top. It has an Art Deco printed design on sturdy cardboard with tin ends, directions on the back as to how to mix powder with water to create a perfect lather. This tin is in excellent vintage condition.
As this is a rare, hard to find, vintage advertising tin, this is one for any advertising tin collector to add to their collection. Perfect prop for any barber shop, hair salon, or great tin to display in rustic, country, or farmhouse style decor.
