This vintage 8 ½ box Rinso Laundry Detergent is unopened and was from the Lever Brothers Company, N.Y.,  N.Y. Circa 1940's. The term "Rinso" was one of the first soap detergents that was mass-marketed in the US. Very frequently, this product sponsored numerous 1940's radio programs. "The Amos 'n' Andy Show, which became the most recognized for its slogan/jingle for Rinso. "Rinso White, Rinso Bright".

This vintage piece is in wonderful vintage condition. Box has some light staining, however does not affect graphics or text. The colors are still very vivid & bright. The retro graphics on the front and the graphic of the old wringer washer on the back, are terrific.  Great to display in laundry room, kitchen, or any rustic, country or farmhouse style decor.  It displays beautifully and a nice collector's piece.
