This Franklin Mint "Spirit of the South Wind" limited edition collectible plate is by Herman Adams. Circa 1993.
This plate is in excellent vintage condition and it's a beautiful depiction of a Native American Indian warrior. Colors are very vivid and bright. There are no chips or cracks. Plate is numbered H1899. This plate is for decorative use only and not to be used for food.
