This classic primitive strainer-colander is circa 1800's-early 1900's and a rare find.
Made of metal wire, has a nice, slight rusty patina, for that aged look. Excellent vintage condition. Handles are in great condition, as well.
Used to drain foods, wash fruits & vegetables, or gather eggs, a great find to use with any rustic, country or farmhouse style decor. Looks great to just hang in a kitchen, or use as a basket on a counter.
